What makes a parking stall ADA compliant?
Correct number of accessible stalls for the total count, a marked access aisle of the right width, surface slopes under two percent in all directions, an accessible route to the entrance, and signage at the required mounting height. Slope is the requirement most existing lots fail, and it is the one that cannot be fixed with paint.
